We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming College Workshop “Japanese Law between Doctrinal and Area Studies”, organized by Professor Giorgio Fabio Colombo, Director of the International College, together with prof. Renzo Cavalieri (Department of Asian and North African Studies), ANJeL, and the Max Planck Institute Hamburg.

The event will feature a morning session, Japanese Law and…, exploring intersections between Japanese law and disciplines such as comparative law, queer studies, and gender issues; and an afternoon session, How to Structure Your Research in East Asian Law, dedicated to early-career researchers and the presentation of the Italian Journal of East Asian Law (RIDAO).
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
